We're Here to Help

Every D70 school is supported by a team of caring professionals—including social workers, school psychologists, and board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs)—who bring expertise in mental health, behavior, and learning to help students grow and thrive academically, socially, emotionally, and behaviorally.
These team members work closely with families, teachers, and school staff to create safe, supportive learning environments where every student feels connected and valued. Their work strengthens the bridge between home, school, and the broader community.

On any given day, a social worker, psychologist, or BCBA might lead social skills groups, provide individual counseling or emotional support, assist in developing academic or behavior plans, or offer a range of personalized services to meet students’ unique needs.
